At 3rd Base Dugout, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, our hassle-free return and refund policy makes it easy to resolve any issue.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Exclusions: Final sale items are not eligible for returns. (Currently, there are no final sale items on our website,)
Return Shipping
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at customerservice@3rdbasedugout.com with your order number and details about the return.
- You'll receive instructions on where to ship your item(s).
- Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
